Do you offer a free trial?
Yes—new customers get a free month. We start your subscription after the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
How do subscriptions and billing work?
Each server is billed as a line item on a single subscription. Adding a new server updates the subscription; removing one schedules it to end at your period’s end.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime. Your servers remain active until the end of your current period.
How do I start my first server?
Go to Dashboard → Start new server. Pick Java or Bedrock, choose size, and complete checkout.
How do I install a resource pack on Java servers?
Paste a direct HTTPS link to a .zip in Resource pack URL. We update server.properties and restart.
How do I install a resource pack on Bedrock servers?
Use the Install Bedrock resource pack action with a .mcpack/.zip URL. We fetch and extract, then restart.
How do I manage whitelist, ops, and bans?
From the Users tab you can manage whitelist, operators, and banned players. For Bedrock we infer XUIDs from logs.
Which plan should I choose for performance?
As a rule of thumb:
  • Small: 1–5 players, light plugins.
  • Medium: 5–10 players, some plugins/mods.
  • Large: 10+ players, heavy modpacks.
How do custom domains/subdomains work?
Every server gets a subdomain like myworld.glitchnode.net. To use your own, contact support and we will help you out.
How do I contact support?
Use the support icon or email support@glitchnode.net for help with setup and troubleshooting.
Do you offer refunds?
We don’t automatically refund partial periods, but reach out if there’s an issue.
What uptime can I expect?
We design for high availability, but no platform can guarantee 100%. We’ll communicate promptly during issues.
